Short answer · Injectors and med spas

Should a nurse injector put prices on the website?

The short answer

In most cases, yes: at least starting prices or per-unit ranges on every treatment page. Someone comparing five injectors is trying to rule out the ones she cannot afford before she spends a consultation finding out. “Pricing available at consultation” reads to her as “more than I can afford,” and she moves on to the practice that told her. Publishing pricing brings in fewer inquiries and more booked consultations, because the people who reach out already know they can say yes.

No. 01From the file · Balanced Injection

Sari Arkin opened Balanced Injection in Denver with more than ten years of nursing experience, a clear point of view on natural-looking results, and no website or Google presence at all. We built the site from a blank page to be live for opening day. As of September 2026 she is fully booked, and Balanced Injection is the first organic Google result for “nurse injector Sloan’s Lake”.

Every treatment got its own page: Botox and Dysport, lip filler, dermal filler, Sculptra, PRF. Every page states what the treatment does, what it helps, what to expect, and what it costs. The consultation page says what a consultation is and how it is priced. Sari’s credentials and her natural-results philosophy are on the first screen of the homepage, not on an About page three clicks in.

Her calendar was nearly full within weeks of opening. The inquiries that came in were already a fit, because the website had done the qualifying before anyone picked up the phone.

No. 02 · What to do about it

Three things you can do tonight

01

Publish a starting price or a per-unit rate for every treatment

“From $…” or “$… per unit, most treatments use 20 to 40 units” is enough. You are not promising a total. You are letting her do the math she is going to do anyway.

02

Say what a consultation costs and whether it is credited

If it is free, say free. If it is $50 and applied to treatment, say that. The unanswered version is the one that costs you the booking.

03

Put the price on the treatment page, not on a separate pricing page

She reads about lip filler and wants the number in the same breath. A pricing page she has to hunt for is a pricing page she assumes is hiding something.

Strategic Website

A Strategic Website for an injector starts with the treatments, the credentials, and the pricing, then builds the pages around them. Balanced Injection was built exactly this way.

About the Strategic Website

Won’t competitors see my prices?

They already know them. Pricing in a market is not a secret to other injectors. It is only a secret to the client, and she is the one you want to reassure.

What if my pricing changes often?

Publish ranges or starting prices and note that final pricing is confirmed at consultation. That is still far more useful to her than no number at all, and it takes one edit to update.
