Services

Good news. You don’t have to figure out what your website needs on your own.

I’ll take a look at where things stand, figure out what’s worth improving, and help you decide what to do next.

From focused website checkups and hands-on optimization to SEO, digital strategy, and completely new websites, there’s a way to work together at every stage.

One booked day

For audit clients with a focused list. A date on the calendar instead of a project timeline, for the work that fits in a day.

Implementation Day

1 day$750

Your audit ends with a prioritized list. An Implementation Day is one dedicated workday spent on the top of it.

You book a date, I clear my calendar, and from nine to five I work through your priority list, directly on your site: the headline that doesn’t quite say what you do, pricing that’s harder to find than it should be, a Google profile that doesn’t match your website, page titles that were never written. I complete what can reasonably be completed in that day, and by the end of it the fixes are published, not sitting on another to-do list.

It is deliberately time-bound, and that is the point. It is not a smaller version of Website Implementation, which is a defined, project-based scope. It is the right choice when your list is short, or when the top three items matter more than the rest combined.

Available exclusively to audit clients. Priced separately at $750.

The Implementation Day includes page titles, descriptions, and the local SEO basics, plus 30 days of email support. Branding, logos, and copywriting from scratch are not part of the day.

Website Checkup

$395
  • Review of up to five key pages
  • What’s already working
  • The 10 Things I’d Do Next
  • Why each recommendation matters
  • Ready-to-use copy where it helps

After looking at your own homepage roughly 4,000 times, it gets pretty hard to tell whether something is actually confusing or whether you just need to move the button two inches to the left. Before you move it again, let me take a look.

You’re not paying for ten new problems. You’re paying for ten things you can actually do something about.

That might mean rewriting a headline that isn’t telling people what you actually do, fixing a page that’s making visitors work too hard to find the information they need, cleaning up an SEO issue that’s keeping an important page from being found, or changing a call to action that isn’t giving people a clear next step.

The goal is to leave you with a short, prioritized list of changes that actually make sense for your business, not a 40-page report you’ll never open again.

And if it’s your feed, rather than your website, that has you stuck, the Social Media Strategy Audit looks at that side of things too.

Digital Presence Audit

From $950
  • Website, search, and AI search
  • Google Business Profile review
  • Messaging and booking path
  • The Implementation Package: titles, descriptions, FAQs, a facts block, and copy, already written and ready to paste
  • A DIY plan you can work at your own pace

She hears about you from a friend, Googles you while they’re still talking, reads your reviews, checks Instagram, visits your website, and books two days later.

People are not tidy little funnels.

They bounce between Google, your website, reviews, social media, and sometimes AI search before they ever decide to contact you. I look at that entire journey to see what they’re finding, what they’re missing, and where your online presence is making it harder to choose you.

That means looking at your website, local SEO, Google Business Profile, search visibility, AI search visibility, messaging, content, and the path from discovering your business to taking the next step.

Then I turn it into a clear, prioritized plan. You’ll know what’s working, what needs attention, what to tackle first, and where you have the biggest opportunities to be found and chosen.

It’s a bigger-picture look at your online presence, and it gives every other website or SEO project a much stronger place to start.

And if Instagram is the part you’re trying to figure out, the Social Media Strategy Audit takes the same practical approach to your social presence.

“She met me where I was at, educated me on areas that I needed to improve, and gave me clear action steps and support in completing them.”

After the audit

Three ways to use the plan

The audit tells you what needs to change. Every audit includes the Implementation Package, so you are never required to hire me to make the changes.

Run it yourself

The audit is complete on its own. Take the Implementation Package, open your website builder, and work through the recommendations at your own pace, or hand them to whoever manages your website.

Book an Implementation Day

One dedicated day, $750, for the highest-priority items on your list. I complete what can reasonably be completed in that day and publish it as I go. Best when the list is short or the top few items matter most.

Or have me implement the plan

If your platform is the last place you want to spend a Sunday, Website Implementation, from $1,750, is me making the agreed-upon changes myself, inside the platform and brand you already have. A defined scope, not one day of my time.

Website Implementation

From $1,750
  • Your audit findings, implemented
  • Copy, structure, and SEO improvements
  • Works on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Arketa, and most established platforms
  • A change log of everything touched
  • 2–3 weeks, scope dependent

The audit is only the beginning.

Knowing what needs to change is helpful. Finding the time to rewrite your website, update the SEO, and create the missing pages is another story.

That’s where I come in.

I take the strategy from your audit and implement it myself. That can include rewriting key sections, updating title tags and meta descriptions, improving page structure and internal linking, and creating the new pages identified in the audit.

There’s no handoff and no lengthy document left for you to figure out. The person who found the problems is the person fixing them.

From $1,750 based on scope.

Book Website Implementation within 30 days of your Digital Presence Audit and the full $950 audit fee will be credited toward the project.

Strategic Website

From $3,500
  • Strategy first, then design, then build
  • Custom-built, fast, and yours to keep
  • Copywriting and local SEO included
  • 4–6 weeks depending on scope
  • 30 days of email support after launch

A website built for where your business is going.

Maybe your current website was created when you were still figuring things out. Maybe you’ve been running your entire business through Instagram and a booking link. Either way, you’re not starting from nothing.

You have clients, services, a point of view, and a business that deserves more than scattered links and outdated copy. I bring everything together into one clear, strategic website that reflects the level of work you’re already doing.

Most Strategic Websites include five to seven pages, analytics, guided launch support, and a recorded walkthrough at launch.

Before recommending a new build, I’ll make sure it’s actually the right investment. If your current website has a strong foundation, optimization may be all you need. If the structure, strategy, and content need to be rebuilt, I’ll build it properly.

I start with what you offer, who you want to reach, and what your website needs to accomplish. The design comes from that.

And yes, I’ll still spend an unreasonable amount of time choosing the right font.

No website yet is fine. No brand yet is a different project. The audit usually decides whether a build is the right call, and if Implementation is the better spend, that’s what I’ll tell you. When a build is the answer: first the business, then the fonts. I promise the fonts get their moment.

Social Media Strategy Audit

Your website gets them interested. Your social presence keeps them paying attention.

Designed for small businesses, personal brands, and influencers, this audit looks at what your account is already doing, what’s connecting, and what’s missing. Then I turn those findings into a personalized strategy built around your audience, goals, and content style.

You’ll receive clear content pillars, recurring series, a rewritten bio, a six-week content calendar, and 15 to 20 ready-to-film post ideas. No generic prompts. No staring at Instagram wondering what you’re supposed to post that day.

What working together looks like

How it goes, in four steps

01

Send a note

Come with a full brief or a single sentence. I read every inquiry myself and reply within two business days.

02

Get a clear scope

I recommend the right service for what’s actually going on, and you get a fixed price before anything starts. No surprises, no hourly meter.

03

The work happens

Five business days for a Checkup, up to six weeks for a full build. You’ll always know where things stand.

04

I don’t disappear after delivery

Once the project is complete, you still have me. Every service includes 30 days of email support for questions, small clarifications, and help putting everything into practice.

What I hold to

Small studio, strong opinions

Value 01

Small businesses deserve big thinking.

You shouldn’t need an agency-sized budget to get a website and strategy that’s thoughtful, beautiful, and actually good at its job. Small businesses deserve that same level of care, and that’s a big part of why I started Salt & Sage in the first place.

Value 02

Your business should feel like yours.

You’ve put too much of yourself into this business for it to end up looking and sounding like everyone else’s. I want to understand what you’ve built, what your clients already love about it, and what matters most to you. Then I make it even stronger.

Value 03

You’ll always know where I stand.

I’ll tell you exactly what I recommend, what it costs, and what’s actually worth doing. If you don’t need something, I won’t sell it to you. This is your business and your money, and I want you to feel good about where both are headed.

Before you ask

Asked and answered

What’s the difference between a Checkup and an Audit?

The Website Checkup looks at your website only: up to five pages, ten prioritized recommendations, answers included. The Digital Presence Audit looks at everything around it too: search, your Google Business Profile, AI search, messaging, and booking, and comes with a DIY Implementation Package.

What’s the difference between the Audit and Implementation?

The Audit identifies what needs to change and gives you a clear plan. Implementation is where I make those changes for you. Book Website Implementation within 30 days of your Digital Presence Audit and the full $950 audit fee will be credited toward the project. The credit applies to Website Implementation only, not to an Implementation Day or another service, and it is not redeemable for cash.

Do I need a completely new website?

Not necessarily. A new website makes sense when your business has outgrown the structure, your services or positioning have significantly changed, or the platform is actively holding you back. If the foundation is solid, I’ll recommend optimizing what you already have. I won’t sell you a full rebuild when thoughtful updates can get your website where it needs to be.

Can you just fix it fast?

Sometimes, yes. If you have had an audit, the Implementation Day is one booked day where I work through the top of your findings list and publish the changes as I go. Most sites can absorb the highest-value fixes in a day: clearer headlines, visible pricing, a Google profile that matches the site, page titles and descriptions that were never written. What a day cannot do is rebuild pages, restructure navigation, or replace a booking flow. If your audit points there, I will say so and steer you to the Website Implementation instead.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain, your hosting account, your files. You’re never locked in to me.

Still deciding · That’s allowedThe last section, promise

You don’t need to diagnose this yourself.

“no idea what I need ” is a complete brief

Come exactly as you are: “I’m not really sure what I need. Can you take a look?” You know your business. I know what to look for, and I’ll tell you which of the five fits, even if it’s the smallest one.
