Website audits + web design for Denver nurse injectors and med spas

She is comparing five providers. Your website is the interview.

A researching client wants to know who will be treating her, what it costs, and whether she can trust you with her face, before she ever books a consultation.

No. 01Before the consultation

Nobody books an injector on impulse. She hears a name from a friend, opens Instagram, reads every Google review, and then goes looking for the website with a specific list in her head: who is this person, what are their credentials, what does a consultation cost, what happens at the first appointment, and will I feel pressured.

Most injector websites answer almost none of that. They have a beautiful homepage, a single “treatments” page that lists everything in one paragraph, a booking link, and “pricing available at consultation.” So she keeps comparing, and the practice that finally answers her questions is the one she books.

Your website is the interview she conducts before she is willing to meet you. It should pass.

Clear pricing. Real credentials. The person up front.

The pattern

what I keep finding
01

One page for every treatment

Lip filler, Botox, Sculptra, and PRF are four different searches by four different people with four different worries. A single treatments page can’t rank for any of them or answer any of them. Each treatment needs its own page: what it does, what it helps, what it costs, what to expect.

02

“Pricing at consultation”

She reads that as “more than I can afford.” Starting prices and per-unit ranges let her rule herself in, and quietly rule out the inquiries that were never going to book. The practices that publish pricing get fewer inquiries and more consultations.

03

The injector is missing

She is choosing a person, not a menu. Your name, your license, your years of experience, and your point of view on natural results belong on the first screen, not on an About page three clicks deep.

04

The first visit is a mystery

Will there be numbing? How long does it take? When will she see results, and what if she doesn’t like them? Answering the nervous questions before she asks is what turns a researcher into a booked consultation.

05

Google doesn’t know the neighborhood

“Injector near me” is decided by whether your pages, your titles, and your Google Business Profile name the same neighborhoods. Most practices leave the location to the footer and wonder why the med spa two miles away outranks them.

No. 02What this looked like for Sari

Balanced Injection · Strategic Website + Local SEO

Sari came to me with more than ten years of nursing experience, a clear point of view on natural-looking injectables, and an opening date already on the calendar. What she didn’t have was a website or any presence on Google.

We built the entire site from a blank page: a homepage that introduces Sari and her credentials in the first screen, a treatment hub, clear pricing, consultation information, and a dedicated page for every treatment, each one written around the questions that treatment raises. Sloan’s Lake and West Highland are woven through the titles and copy so Google connects her to the neighborhoods she serves.

Balanced Injection opened with a website ready to do its job. Sari is fully booked, and as of September 2026 she is the first organic Google result for “nurse injector Sloan’s Lake”.

What clients notice
Sabrina spent real time researching what would help my business stand out on the backend: SEO, site structure, local search optimization. Things most web designers don’t even think about. I opened my business and within weeks was getting found on Google.

Short answers

Two questions I answer from this file

Before you ask

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with solo nurse injectors or med spas with a team?

Both. I work with solo injectors building a practice from the first client, and with med spas that have a team, a menu of treatments, and a website that hasn’t kept up with either. The site is built around how your practice actually runs.

Should I put prices on my injector website?

In most cases, yes, at least as starting prices or per-unit ranges. Someone comparing five providers is trying to rule out the ones she can’t afford before she books a consultation. When Balanced Injection launched with pricing on every treatment page, the inquiries that came in were already a fit. Pricing filters out the wrong clients and reassures the right ones.

Does every treatment need its own page?

Yes, if you want to be found for it. Someone searching for subtle lip filler is asking very different questions than someone researching PRF for under-eye hollows. One vague treatments page can’t rank for either or answer either. A dedicated page per treatment gives Google a page to send her to and gives her the space to feel informed.

What does a med spa website audit cover?

I review your website the way a researching client does: can she tell who will be treating her, what it costs, what a first consultation is like, and how to book. Then I look behind the scenes at SEO, local search, AI search readiness, your Google Business Profile, reviews, page structure, and the booking path. You receive recommendations based on your actual practice, not a template for medical aesthetics.

Can you build the website for me?

Yes. You don’t need an audit first. If you are opening a practice, or your current site is a single page and a booking link, the Strategic Website starts with your treatments, your credentials, and your point of view, then builds the site around them. Balanced Injection was built from a blank page and was live for opening day.

What does it cost?

The Website Checkup is $395. The Digital Presence Audit starts at $950. Website Implementation starts at $1,750. The Strategic Website starts at $3,500. The Social Media Strategy Audit starts at $750. Each one solves a different problem. You don’t need to purchase them in order, and an audit isn’t required before beginning a website project.
